A very well preserved German Labour Front (DAF) Osten 8 District flag, constructed of a heavy red cotton blended twill, each side bearing a DAF insignia in the form of a black machine embroidered cogwheel on a white background, with a central black mobile swastika, the insignia measuring 77. 5 mm in diameter, with both the obverse and reverse upper interior corner bearing a brown wool rectangular patch, trimmed with blue
