The compact Baptisia 'Grape Taffy' forms a small 2. 5' tall x 3' wide deciduous specimen with glaucous green, pea like foliage and is topped in late April (NC) with spikes of very dark purple flowers the darkest baptisia we've grown. Baptisia 'Grape Taffy' is equally as happy in a dry cactus garden or as a pond edge marginal.
