The shaft made of untreated calf leather which is more rigid to start with but will wear in nicely and softens with body heat. Back tongue is made of double cowhide leather (upper and lining). Panels around ankle and across top of the foot are made of goat suede. Elastic panel under the foot is 3inch wide.
