Constructed of brown leather, one end stitched into a loop to accommodate oa gilded bronze buckle with dual claws, the opposite end perforated with eight sets of dual eyelets for an adjustable fit, the buckle end bearing a stamped inscription of COUPON indicating choice cow hide, also bearing an illegible presumed owners name in handwritten green ink, measuring 6 cm (w) x 110 cm (l), demonstrating minor and age
