The Dispenser Cart will make it easy to move your strapping and keep all your seals and tools together. Please note: this cart is not recommended for steel strapping. Steel Buckles are used to secure polypro strapping, no other tools are required, but a TBar Tensioner is helpful. It tensions the strapping and cuts it with an attached razor blade.
