Original German WWII Medic GM30 Gas Mask with 1936 Filter and Can Headgear Unlike his brother the landOriginal Item: This is a very rare pre WW2 model GM30 S Maske or Schutzmaske that was issued to a medic in the German military. The model GM30 was first issued to troops in 1930. The mask was produced in a rubberized canvas with a soft suede leather frame which fitted around the wearers face. The elasticized straps fit over the head and were tightened by means of sliding the web straps through metal buckles until the mask was as tight as the user
