Green Tara Orisha He is one of theKnown as the "mother of liberation" Tara is a Goddess known to both Buddhism and Hinduism, and is deeply revered in Tibetan Buddhism. She is thought to be a Boddhisatva (a compassionate one that staves off liberation until all are liberated.)
