In silver with a green enameled laurel surround, obverse centre presenting a red enameled red cross on white background, a silver coat of arms for the Kingdom of Montenegro, reverse presenting Cyrillic script with issue date of 1912 13 with red enamel surround, adorned by typical Montenegrin Crown with characteristic tassels, measuring 33 mm (w) x 53. 2 mm (h inclusive of crown with horizontally pierced suspension adorned by cross),
