Original U.S. Korean War Era Produced Early Vietnam McCord M1 Helmet with Olive Drab Cover and Firestone Liner - Complete Italian Flags The poster features: THE PRIDEOriginal Item: Only One Available. This is a very nice Korean War Vietnam issue McCord M1 helmet shell, with a Firestone liner. It does however have some very interesting aspects, which make it a prime candidate for further research. The Ordnance Department selected McCord Radiator and Manufacturing Company of Detroit Michigan to produce the steel M1 helmet bodies. These bodies were made from a single piece of Hadfield Manganese steel that was
