A Civil War Union Ammo Pouch Badge, c.1865 Auction the eagle facing towards theEagle Insignia; Measuring 64. 5 mm, this round bronze eagle insignia was used on the shoulder strap suspending the ammo pouch. It has been ground dug and maintains good detail, prominently displaying the Federal Eagle insignia. Hardware on the reverse is rusted but intact, with sticker residue present. Although it displays signs of previous rusting, with light surface wear, it remains in fine condition.
