Constructed of silver, consisting of an eight pointed star constructed of multi facets, the obverse with the shield of the Real Academia de Doctores de Espaa Royal Academy of Doctors with red enameled accents, topped by a Royal crown decorated with matching red enamels, the reverse is plain, with a raised barrel hinge, tapered vertical pinback, and rightward opening round wire catch with two
