The blade’s reverse presents the maker marked “Robert Klaas
Germany, Ss. A Waffen-Ss Em/Nco’s Dachau-Style M43 Cap Insignia GTRexclude group of five awarded to(Waffen SS Mtzenabzeichen). Constructed of field grey wool, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered silver grey SS style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, above a SS style Totenkopf with details highlighted in black threading, unmarked, measuring 76 mm (w) x 56 mm (h), in unissued and near mint condition.
