These (denazified) awards were issued by the Federal Republic of Germany in 1957 for Veterans wear (as WWII awards were not allowed for wear) and awarded only to the German Veterans entitled to such awards during the War

His postings during his seven years with the Royal Marines was extensive
It displays a nice texture in the wool
