Issued 1917 1918. In hollow silver gilt, with partially white enameled arms; the obverse with a central enamel medallion, depicting St. Henry wielding a tri pronged scepter, surrounded by a blue enameled ring, inscribed Frid(ericus), Aug(ustus) d(ei) Garatia) Rex Sax(oniae) Instrauravit (Latin Frederick August by the Grace of God, King of Saxony); with the outer edges of the Maltese cross
