A Maltese cross paty constructed of silvered tombac, the arms are pebbled with smooth borders, two upwards facing crossed swords lay between the arms, the obverse centre is inscribed with 1939 encompassed by a wreath, the reverse is plain bearing a vertical pinback, measuring 49. 56 mm (w) x 49 mm (h), very fine.
