instituted 31 December 1850 by Friedrich August II (1890-1918 issue)
with a mobile swastika on the bottom of the wreath and an eagle that was separately applied onto the wreath (utilizing two rivets visible on the reverse)
Germany, Third Reich. A Polish Civilian Worker Insignia visually-hidden measuring 65 mm x 43(Zivilarbeiter Insignien). Constructed of white cotton, the obverse bearing a dyed yellow diamond overlaid by a purple letter P, in turn situated within a purple border, unmarked, measuring 90 mm (w) x 85 mm (h), accompanied by a wartime propaganda card extolling Germans not to fraternize with Poles, issued by the Volksbund fr das Deutschtum im Ausland, measuring 50 mm (w) x 65 mm (h), in overall extremely fine condition.
