A very well preserved Waffen SS EM NCOs M40 overseas cap, constructed of black wool. The cap is fully surrounded by fold down side walls, which gently slope toward the front. Visible on the peak is the unmistakable outline of an SS style eagle insignia which has been carefully removed.
