Page from a notepad with the letterhead of The Metropolitan Opera signed on the front by Diaghilev (dated 1916, New York); and signed on verso by Nijinsky in 1916 with a short sentiment and Ansermet with a short sentiment in the same year. Size is 5. 4 x 8. 6 inches, minor rust at the bottom, folds, otherwise in excellent condition.
