Germany, Wehrmacht. A Krim Shield Auction Archive produced bomb timers and fuses(Krimschild). Constructed of bronze magnetic metal, the obverse consisting of a shield bearing a raised map of Crimea and southern Ukraine, topped by a Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the latter flanked by dates 1941 1942, affixed to a zink backplate with all four reverse attachment prongs intact, unmarked, the shield measuring 51. 86 mm (w) x 62. 00 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
