Constructed of red cotton twill, the exterior trimmed along both the top and bottom edges by black rayon tresses, bearing a central white cotton disc overlaid by a black machine embroidered mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 196 mm (w) x 118 mm (h) when folded on a flat surface, with minor exterior soiling evident, in near extremely fine condition.
