The recipient is Chief Constable Walter Krger from Cologne. The document is dated to Berlin on October 26, 1938, and carries the facsimile of Otto Meissners signature, Chief of the Presidential Chancellery. The Police Long Service Award 2nd Class was awarded for 18 years of service.
