Constructed of black wool with a rigid card stock core, trimmed with meadow green piping, topped by four bands of silver aluminum wire piping, and pinned with two gilded pips, unmarked, measuring 35 mm (w) x 115 mm (l), in uniform removed and extremely fine condition.
