Insignia in silver gilt with light blue, dark blue and white enamels, the centrepiece with a screen printed image of the Guatemalan coat of arms on white enamels, mounted to a ten pointed star base in silver gilt, with three faceted rays between each gilt ray of the star, maker marked "INDUSTRIAS DE LA RIVA GUATEMALA" on the reverse, measuring 80. 5 mm (w) x 83. 7 mm (h), vertical pinback,
