Choose from a cream or a liquid for desired results. How To Use: Mixing With Tint: Mix equal parts of Brow Tint and the Oxidant Developer into a creamy paste. The mixing ratio is 1: 1 (Generally 4 drops of Cream or Liquid Oxidant is enough to make an even paste). Important Note: Do not make tint too watery as this
