Enlisted pattern canteen with a light green (faded to khaki) cotton cover and a screw off aluminum cap. Complete with its adjustable canvas shoulder strap which has numerous Japanese markings. This is an excellent canteen overall, with complete and correct WW2 features and showing typical wear and use. Brought back by a USMC veteran and acquired directly from his estate.
