Germany, Third Reich. A Kyffhäuser League Breast Eagle Newly Listed Loose centrepiece on the Breast(Kyffhuserbund Brustadler). Constructed of gilded bronze, the obverse consisting of a Kyffhuser League style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, overlaid by a black Cross Patte and with crossed swords through the centre, the reverse with a barrel hinge and horizontal pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 94 mm (w) x 54 mm (h), one of the swords is missing its hilt, in overall very fine condition.
