It is dated to July 24, 1940 and signed in blue ink by a Major General and Hherer Nachrichtenfhrer (Higher Signals Leader) of Air Fleet Command 5, the name is illegible. Air Fleet 5 was stationed in Norway. Measuring 141x200mm, extremely fine condition with light scuffing and minimal creasing.
