The wine's aromatics of pear and white flowers jump out at you from the glass. The wine is full of bright acidity and "stony" freshness that is all to familiar with the great wines of Chablis. Enjoy it with oven baked almond crusted halibut filets, drizzled with the lightest drop of lemon.
