Original U.S. WWII Named Persian Gulf Command Theater-Made Enameled Lighter - 363rd Engineers MG 42 Bolt & Barrel Assembly NX-SA 94964 UOriginal Item. Only One Available. This is a stunning theater made lighter named to Lieutenant James Carl Speck, who served with the Persian Gulf Command with the 363rd Engineer Battalion during World War II. The lighter is enameled with the Corps of Engineers Castle in a blue enamel square with 363 under it, for the 363rd Engineer Battalion. On the cap is his name, JAMES C. SPECK. On the other side is the black enamel Persian Lion and Sun featuring a
