on old replacement ribbon and later added suspenion ring
Germany, Ss. A Ss Em/Nco’s Belt Buckle, By F.w. Assmann & Söhne Buy Now McKEE 12th(SS Grtelschnalle). Constructed of magnetic metal, the obverse bearing a raised SS style German national eagle clutching a wreathed swastika, within a ribbed ring bearing an inscription of MEINE EHRE HEIT TREUE (MY HONOUR IS LOYALTY), the reverse with a loop and swivel attachment claws, marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code 155 40 for F. W. Assmann & Shne, measuring 64 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), in very fine condition.
