An American Air Force Medal Of Honor With Case Hold Cardinal was awarded one GoodBronze gilt with green enamels, unmarked, 53 mm x 75. 5 inclusive of its thunderbolts, wings and VALOR suspension, on full length neck ribbon with thirteen star octagonal cravat pad, triple snap closures, intact enamels, light contact on the reverse, extremely fine. In its hardshelled case of issue by Arrow, marked "MEDAL OF HONOR" on the lid, case also extremely fine.
