Original U.S. WWII Paratrooper 2nd Pattern Griswold Bag Dated 1944 - M1 Garand, M1 Carbine, Thompson, M3 Grease Gun Resin Guns and Grenades as well as 3Original Item: Only One Available. This is a very nice WWII issue Griswold bag, also called a Cover Jump, in heavy OD Green #3 canvas. The bag was designed to carry an M1 Garand rifle disassembled into three sections: barrel, stock, and trigger group. The bags were also used to carry the M1 Carbine, Thompson SMG, or M3 Grease gun.
