This particular type of badges with barrel hinge and oblong plate are found on badges produced by the two makers of Third Reich badges Juncker and Steinhauer & Lck. The quality of the badge and design of the eagle suggests Juncker as a maker, however others in collectors community believe maker to be Steinhauer & Lck.
