Now in its third year, that partnership adds a new flavor: Smoked Salmon with Sweet and Spicy Zhong. The salmon comes from Kvary Arctic, a Fair Trade USA certified Norwegian farm run by the same family for three generations, wood smoked in small batches and hand packed at a fifth generation cannery on the Washington coast.
