Germany, Luftwaffe. A Pilot’s Badge, by F. W. Assmann & Söhne of Lüdenscheid United Republic of (Organizația Națională Cercetașii României)(Pilotenabzeichen). In nickel silver featuring laurel leaves towards the left side side, and oak leaves towards the right side of the wreath, separated by three small ribbon like loops on the bottom, with a large patinated eagle with spread out wings superimposed on the badge, clutching a swastika in its talons, two rivets on the reverse having been period repaired; vertical needle style pinback with the pin having been wartime filed for easier use,
