A Dutch Waffen-SS Volunteer’s Sleeve Insignia consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac both measuring 18 cm (w)(rmelschild der Niederlndischen Freiwilligen der Waffen SS). Constructed of black wool, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered red orange, white, and blue Dutch national emblem, unmarked, measuring 52 mm (w) x 65 mm (h), demonstrating moderate soiling throughout in addition to minor material fatigue, in uniform removed and very fine condition.
