Here we have a lovely P 1796 Light Dragoon flintlock pistol, the standard pistol in use during most of the Napoleonic wars. It dates prior to the Battle of Waterloo, so it's very possible that was used during the conflict, of which there were many campaigns and battles. This does not have any regimental markings on it, but there is a No 17 marking on the right side of the butt cap. It also could be an Officer's
