Instituted in 1953. In silver, a ten point star alternating between five smooth silver gilt rays and five faceted silver rays, the obverse medallion in white and blue enamels, a royal crown at 12 oclock, the reverse presents a single pin assembly, marked with a silver fineness of . 900, measures 83. 9 mm (w) x 85. 4mm (h), weighs 133. 08 grams, enamels intact, in very fine condition.
