Excellent vintage ZIPPO style windproof lighter circa 1972 made by VULCAN of Japan
and looks to have been set up like that from the factory
There is a leather chinstrap held in place with brass Eagle buttons
and heavy steel bayonet bar on the right side of the barrel to carry a brass hilted sword bayonet
