This an incredible excellent condition example of a WW2 German Luftwaffe Flag Car Automobile Vehicle Rigid Fender Pennant used for high ranking officer vehicles. This Fender Pennant is still enclosed in the original celluloid covering. The celluloid is completely intact. This covering is edged with sewn blue leather that runs all the way around each side encompassing a wire frame. The frame is still present and
