On the nose, fine, inviting apricot fruit, ripe apple fruit, with a smoky mineral undertone, a little mango, delicate honey. On the palate, a fine texture, full bodied elegant, white fruit, delicate green apple, good acid structure, with a long, mineral finish. Hand picked, spontaneous fermentation, malolactic fermentation, 18 months maturation on its own yeast in 1800 l wooden barrels.
