Matured amidst forests and fruit trees at the foot of the Engelberg. 2 years in 100 liter European oak barrels, then 5 1 2 years in a 1st fill Bordeaux barrel from the Chteau de l'Hurbe winery in Saint Laurent d'Arce, Klingenberg's twin town.
