Karuizawa Cask Strength 4er Serie Single Malt Whisky Japan 4x0,7l, alc. 61,7 Vol.-% Angebote Nose: Powdered sugar and pepperFounded in 1955, Karuizawa Distillery was located in the Japanese city of Miyota, at the foot of Mount Asama, an active volcanic area at an altitude of around 850 meters. In 2000 the distillery was mothballed and closed a year later. Bottlings from the distillery are very popular at auctions and often fetch six figure amounts. Karuizawa Cask Strength 1st Release matured the entire time in a single sherry butt. Bottled in 2013 for the Taiwanese market
